eラーニング導入による看護実践力への効果を明らかにすることを目的に,eラーニング導入後の学生を対象に,基本実習後と応用実習後との看護実践力を比較した。また,eラーニング導入前の学生の看護実践力と比較検討した。eラーニング導入後の学生の対応データ50ケースを検定した結果, 20項目中17の項目の得点において有意に高い結果が示された(P<.05~P<.001)。合計得点及び,4つの下位概念別得点においても同様の結果が示され,eラーニング導入による効果が示唆された。eラーニング導入前後での看護実践力の下位概念別結果は,導入前は,「実施力」が主に高まり,導入後は,「志向力」,「展開力」,「実施力」,「評価力」の全体が高くなった。また,応用実習においては,eラーニングによって,学生の自主性を維持されることで,より看護実践力を高めることにつながることが示唆された。
The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of e-Learning on students' ability to practice nursing. We examined ability to practice nursing after the introduction of e-Learning to clinical exercises, and compared basic exercises and applied exercises, as well as ability to practice nursing before the introduction of e-Learning. Parallel data of 50 cases were statistically analyzed by t test. As a result, in 17 of 20 items, the difference between applied exercises and basic exercises was significant (F<.05~F<.001). For the total 20-item scores of ability to practice nursing and for each of 4 low-ranking concepts composing ability to practice nursing, the difference between applied exercises and basic exercises was significant. These results suggest that the introduction of e-Learning to clinical exercises was beneficial to students' ability to practice nursing. 'Ability to practice nursing' was composed of the 4 low-ranking concepts of ability, intention, development, implementation, and assessment. The difference of 'implementation' between applied exercises and basic exercises was significant before the introduction of e-Learning to clinical exercises, while for each of the 4 low-ranking concepts, 'intention,' 'development,' 'implementation,' and 'assessment' , the difference between applied exercises and basic exercises was significant after the introduction of e-Learning to clinical exercises. These results suggest that the students' motivation to study is sustained by e-Learning, and that e-Learning is effective in fostering the ability to practice nursing.
