| 内容記述 | It goes without saying that the responsibility of human conduct is restrained by morality and law. But the fact is that both are sometimes unreasonable and problematic. Here, we especially examine the frequent cases where moral responsibility of human conducts are misjudged by the idea of legal responsibility. That is why we here pursue the general principles on the reasonable relations between these two responsibilities. It is most suitable, we assert, for the solution of the problem of the reasonable relations between moral and legal responsibilities to apply the fundamental principles of human dignity and human rights. | |||||
