 note = {application/pdf, 本研究の目的は,生活支援看護学応用実習Iにおける学生の学びの分析を行い,統合カリキュラムにおける地域看護学分野の活動の学びについて明らかにすることである。対象は,生活支援看護学応用実習Iを選択した学生69名である。実習を通じて,学生は地域の様々なサービスの現状を知り,医療機関が退院後の生活を理解して援助することの重要性を学んでいた。また,個人の意思を尊重し,その人らしいよりよい生活を支援することを学んでいた。金川ら(2005)の提示した「保健師の必須能力とその内容」との比較では,「基本的能力」に対応するカテゴリーが平成17年度と比較し増加したが,「基本的能力」の「研究・分析能力」と「地域の理解と支援能力」の「分析・判断能力」が少なかった。これらの結果から,今まで以上に実習地の調整を行い,学内演習と実習を効率的かつ効果的に連携させていくことが示唆された。, The present study was performed to analyze students' awareness of the key points of learning of the Applied Clinical Nursing of Community Health Nursing I course and to develop a clear understanding of the activities of Community Health Nursing in our curriculum. Data were obtained from 69 students each participating in Applied Clinical Nursing of Community Health Nursing I curriculum that includes Community Health Care Nursing and Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing Clinical Practice. In this course, the students learned the importance of support taking into consideration the various community services and the development of an understanding of the patient's life on leaving hospital. In addition, students learned the importance of respecting the will of the individual and supporting the individual's activities of daily living. In comparison with "Public Health Nurse's essential ability and contents" reported by Kanagawa et al., this course includes many items related to Basic ability, which have increased compared to the previous year's course. However, there were very few items related to Research and analysis ability in Basic ability and Analysis and decision ability in Understanding the community and support ability.
